“SNEAKERSTORE”, by virtue of its status as an online footwear retailer, is responsible for the proper handling, security and protection of your personal data, and therefore makes available to you the Privacy Notice detailed herein, thereby complying with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, as well as its Regulations and other Guidelines, which will be referred to herein as the “Provisions”.
II. Personal Data to be collected.
We inform you that in order to comply with the purposes of the Privacy Notice, your personal data will be collected and processed for the proper integration of your file, to act as an online footwear marketer, to comply with the obligations derived from the legal relationship between you and “SNEAKERSTORE” through documents such as contracts and agreements when applicable, online purchases, whether through our website or through our application, as well as to inform you about new products, provide you with them, obtain adequate information, notify you in a timely manner of appropriate communications, obtain proper administrative and quality logistics, and inform you of any modification to this Privacy Notice if there is one.
“SNEAKERSTORE” has the appropriate human and economic resources to provide you with excellent service, and through its various areas such as: Alternative Channels, Specialized Third Parties, Providers and/or Commercial Entities with which it establishes a present or future contractual relationship, will be responsible for the processing and protection of your personal data.

Documents for Individuals:
- ○ INE and/or Passport and/or Professional License and/or Military Card and/or Residence Card in the case of foreigners.
- ○ INE and/or Passport and/or Professional License and/or Military Card and/or Residence Card in the case of foreigners.
- ○ Proof of address.
Documents for Legal Entities:
- ○ Articles of Incorporation and/or latest amendment to the articles of association.
- ○ Proof of address.
- ○ Tax ID.
- ○ Invoices or documents that prove your status as a supplier, if applicable, or as a customer, if applicable.
The aforementioned data may be collected electronically, either through the website https://sneakerstore.com.mx, through a mobile phone application, in person, through an institutional telephone, computer equipment, automated data processing systems, as well as any other technological device, in accordance with applicable legal practices that “SNEAKERSTORE” makes available to the Holder, in which the establishment, transfer, modification or termination of rights and obligations will be recorded.
Likewise, “SNEAKERSTORE” may consult the National Electoral Institute regarding the data of your Voter ID Card in order to verify its validity; as well as safeguard copies or photographs thereof, proof of address, birth certificate and other documents that may be required for the validation of your data.
III. Sensitive personal data.
“SNEAKERSTORE” will not collect sensitive data from the Owner.
IV. Purpose of “SNEAKERSTORE” in processing your personal data.
The personal data collected by “SNEAKERSTORE” is for two types of purposes:

1. Those that are necessary for the existence and maintenance of the legal relationship between “SNEAKERSTORE” and the Owner that gave rise to the relationship between them, such as:
- ○ Certainty, identification and knowledge of potential clients, validation of their data, in order to identify the product to be offered and the final service provided.
- ○ To operate and manage the services and products that the Holder requires to acquire through “SNEAKERSTORE.
- ○ Inform the customer of the product or service if there is any change or modification to it.
- ○ Registration and safeguarding of your data for the purposes of the product or service acquired by the Holder.
- ○ Formalize and register the acquisition of a product.

2. Those necessary to give rise to the relationship between “SNEAKERSTORE, in its capacity as an online footwear retailer, and the Owner, such as:
- ○ Those required for purposes related to access, control and security within the facilities of “SNEAKERSTORE”.
- ○ Customer satisfaction and quality surveys.
- ○ Sending commercial and advertising information either by email, home, office or mobile phone, text messages, messages through applications, or any other means that technology allows.
- ○ Communicate about new products or services related to those already purchased by the Customer.
- ○ Collection management, clarifications, preventive actions or other related matters.
By accessing the reading and subsequent acceptance by the Holder, he expresses his tacit consent for “SNEAKERSTORE” to carry out the processing of his data in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations.
V. Procedure for expressing refusal to process personal data, for exercising rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition (ARCO Rights) and for revoking consent.
Once this Privacy Notice has been accepted, and the Holder does not express their opposition in writing, it will be understood that they grant their consent to “SNEAKERSTORE” to process their personal data as appropriate.
If the Privacy Notice is not made known to the Data Subject, the Data Subject will have a period of five business days, in accordance with the Law, to express his opposition to the processing of his personal data.
“SNEAKERSTORE” has the right, and we have the obligation, to exercise and comply with the ARCO rights, that is, to access your Personal Data, rectify it if necessary, cancel it or oppose its processing, when it is used for purposes other than those required for its existence, maintenance and fulfillment of the relationship between “SNEAKERSTORE” and the Holder; being able to revoke the consent that you have given for said processing of your Personal Data.
For this purpose, the Holder must carry out the corresponding procedure:
- i. You must submit your ARCO rights request, either at the address mentioned at the beginning of this Privacy Notice or by email to arco@sneakerstore.com.mx.
- ii. “SNEAKERSTORE” will deliver to you physically or by email, the institutional form, which you must fill out in order to exercise your ARCO rights, and you must deliver it to the same address indicated above, or by digitizing it and sending it to the following email address arco@sneakerstore.com.mx.
- iii. Once acknowledged, “SNEAKERSTORE” will register the request and begin the process to exercise your ARCO rights.
- iv. “SNEAKERSTORE” will respond to the Holder regarding the request for ARCO rights in accordance with the form and deadlines established by the Provisions.

VI. Transfer of personal data.
“SNEAKERSTORE” may transfer and process the Holder’s Personal Data within and outside the country, to affiliated entities or entities that are part of “SNEAKERSTORE”, and other companies that provide their services to “SNEAKERSTORE”, for the purposes mentioned in point IV of this Privacy Notice.
Similarly, “SNEAKERSTORE” may provide your Personal Data if required by law, or if required by administrative or judicial authorities in accordance with applicable legislation.
“SNEAKERSTORE” will ensure that, when transferring your data to affiliated entities, whether they are regulators or service providers, they assume the same obligations related to Personal Data Protection.
VII. Consent for transfer of personal data.
“SNEAKERSTORE” will not transfer Personal Data to third parties, except with the consent of the Owner and in accordance with the provisions of article 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals.
